I Received My Order As a Gift

For every purchase made, we need to confirm your order against our sales. If you received your Tradesmart product as a gift, you will not have a receipt and therefore we are allowing people in this situation to send us a photo of the barcode on the packaging. In this way, we can ensure that you purchased the product from Tradesmart and it is not a cheap copy sold from another seller. We will use this info to look up the purchase and confirm your Warranty.

Please send us the following information:

  • Name of the person who purchased the product.
  • The zip code of the purchaser.
  • Attach a photo of the barcode.
