Returns are available for 30 days after purchase, (we are lenient on this for the right reasons such as Christmas gifts etc). The full 10 year warranty will apply to all of your sales as a registered vendor. We take care of it all. If it is returned, we will refund you your portion. It is up to you to fully refund the customer. Basically we are a customer oriented business not nickle and dimer. We always work to make sure that everyone is happy as we know that the customer satisfaction is the best way to be profitable.
