The anti-fog coating that we use is expensive and high-quality meaning that this situation shouldn't have happened. In the past, there have been a few customers with the same problem as you and there were 2 possible reasons for the anti-fog not working:
- Our factory has missed the anti-fog coating in the production process
- The customer has used an alcohol cleaner to clean the glasses removing the coating. (We include the lint-free pouch for cleaning)
